1. General provisions

1. These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website available at plastwise.com (hereinafter: the "Website").
2. The owner and operator of the Website is ARTECH CONSULT sp. z o.o., ul. Rzeczna 10, 89-200 Nadkanale, NIP: 5542999451 (hereinafter: the "Operator").
3. By using the Website, you accept these Terms of Service.
4. The Website is informational in nature and presents the offering of the PLASTWISE platform and the ARGUS AI assistant.

2. Scope of services

Through the Website, the Operator enables:

• reviewing the description and features of the PLASTWISE platform,
• filling out the contact form to schedule a technical presentation,
• downloading informational materials (if available),
• accessing content published in the News section.

The Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny). The information presented is for informational purposes only.

3. Technical requirements

To use the Website, the following is required:

• a device with internet access,
• a web browser supporting HTML5 and CSS3 (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — current versions),
• JavaScript enabled,
• an active e-mail address — if using the contact form.

4. Contact form

1. The contact form is intended solely for requesting a technical presentation of the PLASTWISE platform.
2. The user is required to provide truthful and up-to-date information.
3. Submitting the form does not constitute entering into a contract or placing an order.
4. The Operator undertakes to respond to inquiries within 2 business days.

5. Intellectual property

1. All content published on the Website — including texts, graphics, logos, page layout, and source code — is the property of the Operator or entities that have granted licenses, and is protected by copyright law.
2. The name PLASTWISE and the name of the assistant ARGUS are trademarks or trade designations of the Operator.

4. Linking to the Website and quoting short excerpts of content with attribution is permitted.

6. Limitation of liability
